Refund Policy

With Lattice Stores, you can ensure that our products consistently meet the highest global quality and safety standards and are delivered on time and on time, from newborns, infants and toddlers to children and adolescents.


Product return:
We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or simply not fit your decor. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you only have to return it within 90 days of the date of shipment. Remember that all returns must be unused, uncleaned and undamaged, and all packaging, labels and labels must remain intact and attached to the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items, and any items marked "final Sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.


To initiate a return, exchange or refund, please enter "My Account" and click "View my Order" to apply for a return.
Please fill in the return or exchange details. Once your request is approved, you can download the return label from "Return Information".

We do not refund or return the original freight. You are responsible for the cost of shipping any item back to Lattice Stores at your own expense. If you are unable to ship the item out, we will handle the return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund according to your original payment method (excluding return shipping). Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days.

Order cancellation
Order cancellation before delivery:

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, go to "My Account" and click "View My Order". Fill in the details to cancel the order. Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Please note that we will update system maintenance between 11:30 PM and 4:00 AM PST. No online cancellations are supported. If you would like to cancel your order during this time, please contact our customer service at latticestores@gmail.com.

Order cancellation after delivery:
If you need to cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order and before the item is delivered, please go to "My Account" and click "View My Order" to apply for cancellation. Fill in the details to cancel the order. We will process and recall your item immediately.
If the package has been recalled, you will receive a full refund, less a flat recall fee of $17.60 *, which will be returned to your original payment within 3-5 business days. * Each recalled package costs $17.60.
If the package recall fails, you will be notified by email of the recall failure. Please contact latticestores@gmail.com immediately. Post-shipment cancellations apply to UPS land shipping service and FedEx only. Any items shipped by truck, UPSsure Post, or USPS cannot be recalled. All orders must be rejected on delivery.

Returned Products:
For any returned item, you can ask for a return label. Please advise us in advance of any of the following reasons for return so that we can anticipate a return.

Defective articles:
If you feel you have received a defective or defective product, we want to rectify the problem quickly. To request a return, go to "My Account" and click "View My Order." Our support team will quickly reassess the issue and provide you with a response within a maximum of 48 hours.

Incorrect item received:
We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure that every item in your order is correct, but sometimes we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item and get a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may provide you with a free return shipping label.

Please go to "My Account" and click "View My Order" to request a return. We will send you the correct item or a full refund upon request.

Damaged in transit
In case your item arrives in less than ideal condition, please reject it immediately and contact us at latticestores@gmail.com. We will work with the transportation company to expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, we can ask for a full refund after we file a damage claim with the transport company and receive confirmation. We may require pictures and/or videos of defective products.

Lost or lost items:
If you suspect that your package is lost or lost, please email latticestores@gmail.com with an order number and tracking number to our customer service team so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help you recover lost or lost packages. The process takes seven days to receive official confirmation from the transport company.
