Shipping Policy
Freight and taxes
1. Free standard delivery for all goods.
2. Your online purchase is subject to state and local sales tax that is valid at the place of delivery, in accordance with state and local laws. If you live in a state that does not collect sales tax, you may still see taxes calculated on your order if your order is shipped to another state. If any of the factors affecting the sales tax calculation change between the time you place your order and the credit card charge, the amount of tax displayed on your order may be different from the sales tax ultimately charged. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes.

Delivery location
1. Shipping only applies to shipping addresses in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
2. We do not deliver to FPO, APO and PO Box addresses.
The mode of transportation
All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS or FedEx or Pioneer.
Shipping and delivery estimates
We will ship the stock order as soon as possible. This is usually the day you place it or the day after, but in some cases it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is expected to be shipped the following business day. All estimates are based on working days.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be settled within 24 hours. These items will usually be shipped the following business day after we receive payment. If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier. If no shipment or shipment is made after the label is created, shipments longer than 8 business days have the option to cancel the order or get a partial refund. Please refer to the Return Policy for more details.
In the event of force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nonetheless, we can ensure that we process your order quickly, weather permitting.
Lattice Stores takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. However, product damage may occur during delivery from Lattice Stores transportation facilities to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please select the corresponding item in "My Order" to apply for refund or return within 3 working days after receiving the package. Please note any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (the system will not work), take digital photos and provide Lattice Stores with detailed proof of damage, as this will help us process your order refund.
Order tracking
For each order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. After the item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, the order status, and the package tracking number of the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, keep track of your item on the carrier's official website.
You can access our online order status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to view the latest status of your order. Log in with your Lattice Stores account and password and visit our "Track Your Order" page for a summary of past orders to learn the detailed steps of order tracking.

1. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address on your order before you pay, as this is the address we will ship to.
2. If the product does not meet your expectations or the wrong order is placed after the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
3. Items weighing less than 150 pounds will be delivered by UPS. At the same time, items weighing more than 150 pounds will be transported by truck.
