Latticestores.com will issue a one-time credit for the difference between the price you paid and the adjusted price if you purchased online at Latticestores.com and purchased within 7 days of the price change and purchase.
Please note:
· Price adjustment can only be made within 7 days after placing the order.
· Latticestores.com does not price match with other retailers and any platform other than Latticestores.com.
· The price adjustment policy does not apply to goods purchased from third party sellers.
· Items purchased using promotional codes or other discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.
· "Clearance" items are not eligible for price adjustments.

How do you get price adjustments?

23. Complete Agreement
These terms, together with any other policies posted by Latticestores.com, Inc. on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lattice Stores and govern your access to and use of the Site. These terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement or any other oral or written communication between you and Lattice.
24. UPS guarantees delivery and on-time delivery
If Lattice Stores is delivered outside the time of our commitment for the applicable Services, we will request a refund or pay you the freight (or only a portion of the parcel fails to meet the applicable time limit upon shipment), provided that the following conditions are met:
A) The destination of shipment must be correct, valid and completed.
B) You must notify your Lattice Stores claim in writing to latticestores@gmail.com and inform us of the recipient's name and address, shipping date, and UPS tracking number within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
C) Any orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will not meet the applicable money-back guarantee because UPS will also have a day off.
D) Any order placed after 3pm does not guarantee delivery of UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
If the Package does not comply with the service restrictions and conditions set forth in our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Guidelines, due to events beyond our control (force majeure) or due to any suspension of shipping or the exercise of any liens in accordance with our terms and Conditions and Shipping Guidelines.
